Please understand exactly how FashionChalkboard.com is set up BEFORE you process your order: Once you have subscribed to FashionChalkboard.com, a dollar amount charge will be billed to your credit card after each subscription cycle based on the tier that you choose. This will be AUTOMATICALLY renewed unless you cancel BEFORE your next billing date. Please refer to the ending date of your subscription in your PayPal receipt/account in order to cancel on time. Your cancellation must be done by you, the subscriber, in your online PayPal account, and cannot be cancelled by sending an email request. There will be no refunds for late cancellations.
  • 2. Once your payment has been processed you will receive video viewing access for the length and type of your subscription only. Depending on what membership tier the videos can be viewed online in the membership and course area of our website using your User Name and Password. The video content is subject to change based on FashionChalkboard.com discretion. FashionChalkboard.com is aiming to keep the video content updated with the latest release of computer aided design software if FashionChalkboard.com feels the changes are relevant to the Fashion Design Industry. Memberships/ subscriptions do not entitle the member to any sort of ownership of any of the video content.
  • 3. You will receive accompanying exercise files for the type of your course subscription. The exercise files can be viewed and downloaded in the Members and course area of our website using your User Name and Password.
  • 4. You are allowed to be logged in at one location at a time and will be signed out of locations that are not your active login.
  • 5. FashionChalkboard.com’s content is copyright protected and therefore cannot be distributed or copied without permission. Each subscription is to be used for one person. FashionChalkboard.com reserves the right to cancel your subscription for password sharing, copying or distributing your exercise files and video access to another person. By design, FashionChalkboard.com has been made very affordable to all. If you violate this agreement our automated protection system will AUTOMATICALLY lock your account and you will not be entitled to a refund.
  • 6. From time to time FashionChalkboard.com will offer free live Webinars to it’s subscription based members on a first come first serve basis. This Webinars are an occasional bonus that is solely offered at FashionChalkboard.com’s discretion. Not being offered, participating or receiving access to the Webinars will not entitle you the subscriber to any sorts of refunds.
  • 7. Members/ subscribers agree to use civil language in the forum. It is understood that FashionChalkboard.com reserves the right to cancel anyone’s access to the website for violating the forum.
  • 8.Cad-points are a experimental addition to FashionChalkboard.com. Cad-points hold no monetary value. FashionChalkboard.com holds the right to change/ cancel the reward system at their own discretion.

    I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT ALL RIGHTS UNDER SECTION 1542 OF THE CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY WAIVED. SAID SECTION READS AS FOLLOWS: CERTAIN CLAIMS NOT AFFECTED BY GENERAL RELEASE. A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH IF KNOWN BY HIM MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR.
